Leadership is easy when things are going well.It’s harder when momentum stalls.It’s tested when fatigue sets in, doubt creeps close, and comfort becomes tempting. Episode III of UNDERESTIMATED, titled LEADERS, begins in that uncomfortable space—right after the break. The team is back together, but not yet back in sync. Bodies are present. Focus wavers. Conditioning exposes what time away always does: leadership gaps. And the camera doesn’t look away.

There comes a point in every season when conditioning fades into muscle memory and playbooks become instinct. When the question is no longer can we work, but who are we doing this for? Episode II of UNDERESTIMATED, titled FAMILY, lives in that space.

At the heart of every story I tell is a question I’ve carried since my playing days: What happens when a boy’s effort is met with failure? What does courage look like when victory is not guaranteed? What does character become when no one is watching? These questions are universal, but they are also deeply personal. They were my questions. They are the questions I try to answer through my films.
